Ma-Ssa-Gee

Today’s my day off! *woo*
Exactly what I need right now!

Headed to Johor Bahru early this morning for a traditional Indonesian massage.
And boy was it G O O D!!!

The session lasted for 2 solid hours, and costs only RM$80!
I’ve been to a fair amount of massages during my 1 year in Bangkok. And so, when I went for this full-body massage session, I totally didn’t expect it to be THAT literal. I was really given a FULL-BODY massage!!! Yesh! Almost every single part of the body was being rubbed!

My masseuse was a heavily built, middle aged Malay lady. She spoke little English. And with my poor command of Melayu, we had a hard time understanding each other. Anyhow, it was a massage, so I figured there no need for much talking anyway.

Towards the last 30 minutes of the massage, she suddenly pointed at my naval ring and said, “Buka?” I understood that word, it meant ‘open’. But I didn’t quite understand why (-__-)> so I just shook my head in confusion. Then she placed her strong hands on my tummy and started massaging it. *woof* Call me ignorant, but seriously, this is the first time for me to have a masseuse massage my tummy area. But what came next was even more shocking for me. After she was done with the tummy area, she pointed at my chest area and said, “ne-ne mao?” … *FWAH* … they even massage the breasts!

One word: “是 GOOD 的 咯!” *ha ha ha*

This Goes Out To “SOMETHING” Special!

Last evening, I returned home to find a really pleasant surprise awaiting me @ home. It was a package from Beirut . . . from “SOMETHING”… *beam*

I picked up the package and looked at the big brown bulging envelope in my hands. I didn’t wanna rush thru this moment. Thought I oughtta take my time to enjoy this moment. To really feel the joy I was feeling.

Slowly & carefully I opened up the envelope from the side… there it was, a long white envelope addressed to ‘Her Highness’, aka muaz! *blush* Enclosed in it was a cherry red card filled with red sparkling sprinkles … and a bar of Morinaga Milk Chocolate all the way from Japan.

Awww……………

Happy Belated “White Day” to You Too, “SOMETHING” ! ! !

Look! No Hands!

Sundays are yoga days for deepsix.
Having attended the beginners class for a couple of months, I decided it's time to try out the intermediate class.
So yesterday, instead of going for the usual 09:30hrs beginners class, I attended the 10:30hrs intermediate session.

One word, "OUCH!".
I've gotta admit, the class was definitely more challenging as compared to the beginners class.
And boy am I aching all over today... *Ooo aahh!*....
But to be honest, the feeling is kinda shiok... I like~.... *ha ha ha*.....

At beginner classes, I've only attempted shoulder stands... but yesterday, for the very first time, I experienced what it was like to be fully inverted!
*WOO* ! ! !
The initial feeling was really weird, I was feeling all disoriented.
I was like..."WOAH..~ where's what!?
Lost for a split second, couldn't tell top from bottom, head from toe, front from back!
But once I got the hang of it, I was totally loving it! v(^_^)v

This 'stunt' I was doing is suppose to be the stage just before the full version for head stand.
The teacher had us arranged 2 chairs facing each other, with just enough space between the chairs for the neck to go through.
Thick blankets were placed on the chairs to act as cushions for the shoulders.
So basically, this was how I looked when I was doing the 'assisted' version head stand!

And The Craziness Goes Marching On ...

It's been some time since my last post.
Yes, since the crazy week I had.

The craziness didn't just end where I stopped.
Turns out, there's some progress with Y's Bro's suicide case.

Remember Y's Bro left behind a suicide note in his school bag?
Apparently, the suicide note was written on a notepad purchased from a nearby NTUC on the same day he passed away. The police got hold of the surveillance video @ NTUC, and found out that Y's Bro wasn't alone when he purchased the notepad. He was with this other guy, who's now a suspect in this case. It seems that he is suspected to have influenced the deceased in a way or another to step off the building.

Sometimes, I look around me and listen to the stories happening to my loved ones and my dear friends. And I can't help but think to myself, what a crazy world we're living in.

Take this incident which happened to a friend of mine for example.
She got to know this guy who is filthy rich and claims that there's this lady who keeps throwing herself at him. He even went to the extend to prove it but instructing her to do 'stuffs' to herself over the webcam while he watched with another person on the other end, without her knowledge!
How unethical is that?!

All the madness and stupidity.
It is no wonder why some 'contenders' simply choose to give up.

It Was A Crazy Week

Last week had been a crazy week for me and my family.
I guess it all started off with an arguement between Little One (LO) & his girl Y (or should I say, ex-gf) last Thursday.

So here was what happened ... ...
LO was busy preparing for the opening of his new office.
As he was busy vacuuming his office, Y called his on his cellphone while she was in her Dad's car, on her way home from work.
And for obvious reasons, LO couldn't hear his phone ringing away and so he didn't pick up the call.
Y got all worked up and directed her Dad to drive her to LO's office to see what he's up to.

When Y arrived at LO's office, she swung open the door and started yelling at him for 'neglecting' & 'ignoring' her.
Y continued yelling while LO stood there silently feeling all confused. That was when Y's Mum called Y's mobile and demanded to speak to LO.
Y's Mum gave LO a good 5 mins or so of tongue-lashing, then Y snatched the phone over and told her Mum: "We can settle this on our own!".
Y hung up the phone and while holding the phone in her right hand, she gave LO a big slap on his left cheek hitting him somewhere between his left ear and cheek! After doing so, she dashed out of the office for like 3 mins, then stormed right back and continued her yelling!

Same as before, while Y was in the middle of her 'lecture', her Dad called. (He drove her to LO's office remember? Apparently, he was still waiting in the car downstairs). Y handed the phone over to LO and this time, Y's Dad threatened LO in Hokkien, "Young man, I'm not a person to be messed with...". Then Y left the scene shortly after her Dad threatened LO.

The drama between LO & Y didn't stop after that night's incident.
Y's Mum called LO again the next morning (last Friday), demanding an apology and said she wants LO to return all the stuffs her daughter has ever given him and she doesn't want to see him again after that.

After that call from Y's Mum, we all thought that's the last we'll hear from Y.
Sadly, on that very night, LO was told by a friend that Y's younger Bro has took his own life earlier that evening.
The young lad was only 18 years old. He was schooling at VJC and a very intelligent kid too. He was supposed to take some special papers for his A Levels this year. But apparently, he was under way too much stress from his school work and couldn't take the pressure any longer.
He ended his life after jumping off the 10th storey from the HDB flat he was staying at. We later understood from Y's Mum that he didn't pass away instantly... he was sent to the hospital's emergency ward, but didn't make it thru. The police later found a will in the school bag he had with him when he jumped. He wrote that he was facing a lot of pressure in school and asked for his parents' forgiveness.

*sigh*... ...
It's scary isn't it . . . . . LIFE.
